6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to hygiene and purity concerns, we do not accept returns on incense sticks, aroma oils, camphor, or opened products.

Returns are only accepted if items are damaged, defective, or incorrect, and the issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

Refunds may be issued through original mode of payment or store credit after verification.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement if they have not yet been shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
