Return Policy

To maintain product hygiene and authenticity, we do not accept returns on incense sticks, aroma oils, camphor, or any opened wellness products.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You share unboxing video + images as proof.

If eligible, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship back the product depending on your pincode.

Products must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With all accessories/freebies included

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only for damaged, defective, or wrong products after verification.

Refund Options:

  • Original Payment Method – takes 5–7 business days

  • Store Credit / Coupon – issued within 48 hours

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

  • The product is used, partially used, or tampered with

  • Return request is raised after 48 hours

  • The customer entered an incorrect address or failed to receive the order

  • Delay is caused by the courier company or unforeseen circumstances

Cancellations:
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
